The discounted pricing requires a minimum of 2 months commitment; you will be charged every 30 days, sessions do not expire. After the 2nd charge, your plan may be paused at any time or canceled with 30 days notice. Training for at least two months is a great way to start to see progress.

What are training sessions?
Virtual Personal Training sessions are 1-on-1 workouts led by certified personal trainers. These workouts are customized to your needs and designed to help you exceed your goals. See How it Works for more details!
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are backed by the FlexIt Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied after your first session we will gladly refund your purchase. Monthly training plans require a (2) month minimum term. To request a cancellation after the two (2) month minimum program, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I train with different trainers?
Yes, your package applies to any trainer on the FlexIt platform. You can book sessions with as many different trainers as you would like.
Can I book with other health & wellness experts like nutritionists, dieticians, and physical therapists?
Yes! If they're listed on our site, they're available to book with your Training Plan. Use the "Specialties" filter to find the coaches with the right expertise you're looking for.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Of course! You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of your session, no questions asked.
What if I don’t use all my sessions?
Our sessions never expire. If when checking out you decide on a recurring plan, unused sessions at the end of the month will roll over into the next month. You can edit or upgrade your plan anytime.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm. You may be able to pay for your VPTs with your HSA/FSA! Call 833-888-3539 to learn more.
