Virtual Personal Training
Virtual Personal Training is an offering from FlexIt that pairs you with a certified personal trainer from a recognized gym for a live, 1-on-1 training session.
We at FlexIt believe that the two most important elements of any successful fitness program are that you enjoy it and are held accountable. The best way to ensure that both of those goals are met, is by training with a real live personal trainer. Enter Virtual Personal Training. Unlike pre-recorded content or group classes, VPT lets content be tailored directly for you to ensure it can be something you enjoy doing and don’t dread. Additionally, trainers working with you 1-on-1 can be a powerful motivating force, keeping you accountable to yourself and your goals.
Your trainer will go through a custom program they have built just for you based on your stated preferences. Or, if you prefer, you can use the time to get feedback and tips on exercise, health, and nutrition. It’s up to you! If you have equipment handy (anything from weights to bands to canned beans) they will work those in. But if you don’t no worries!
Virtual Personal Training works interchangeably on both the web and the FlexIt app. You can join the video call from the FlexIt app by logging in and clicking on the Training button in the bottom bar or by logging in to your account on the FlexIt website and clicking on Bookings. The experience will be the same either way and all FlexIt functionality (including booking, taking sessions, and loading your wallet) is identical.
Not at all! We encourage all international users to participate and there is no extra fee. The only thing you need is a credit card.
Absolutely! In your session history you can give your trainer a five star rating and book another session with them, whenever they are free. Most experts recommend consistently using the same trainer for best results. That way they can learn about your needs and tailor workouts even more precisely to you!
You can filter trainers by club affiliation, specialties, and schedule to find the perfect match. Read their bios as well to get a sense of their personality and training style.
